I recently needed a locksmith and had an excellent experience with Mike’s Mt. Pleasant Locksmiths. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, the customer service was outstanding. Mike, the owner, was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s refreshing to work with a family-owned business that truly values its customers and takes pride in providing honest, dependable service. One of the things I appreciated most was their convenient mobile locksmith service. Instead of having to travel anywhere, Mike came directly to my location and handled everything on-site quickly and efficiently. This saved me a lot of time and made the entire process stress-free. With over 50 years of experience, it’s easy to see why Mike’s Mt. Pleasant Locksmiths has built such a strong reputation in the community. Mike’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the service call. He answered all my questions, explained my options clearly, and completed the work with professionalism and care. If you’re looking for a trustworthy locksmith who delivers exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Mike’s Mt. Pleasant Locksmiths. Their combination of experience, reliability, and personalized service makes them stand out from the competition. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mike again for any future locksmith needs.

I called Mike out of the blue because the local Thule shop did not have any replacements keys in stock. They directed me to Mike, who in less than an hour was able to research and cut my replacement keys so I’d have them before my month long trip. I will be using Mike for the indefinite future. He’s a pleasure to work with! Thanks Mike!!!

The old lock on our front door finally broke and we were unable to open it from inside or outside. I called Mike and he was over in 30 minutes. He had a replacement lock on the truck and was able to make multiple copies of the key right on the spot. He charged a very fair price and the lock works perfectly. It is a pleasure to deal with a small business owner who is pleasant, competent, and very fair. He is highly recommended.

I engaged Mike for some reason-keying at our new home. He was able to come out within an hour of my call. Was kind enough to make some adjustments to fix our doors that we didn’t even know about. Went the extra mile, had quality work, and fair prices. Would 100% recommend!

I needed a bunch of tricky keys made for work, including an odd old cabinet key, and everything was done in ten minutes. Service was very polite, and prices reasonable.

I previously had a locksmith come to change the locks at my house, and he took hours and did a poor job with low quality door knobs and locks. I called Mike who was at my house in 30 minutes and swapped out everything in no time at all with the utmost professionalism and quality. The execution of the job and results were night and day compared to the previous guy. I highly recommend using Mike for your locksmith needs!
